Unlocking Secrets for Women Resources Inc. was founded by Candace Newton in November 2004, as a new style of radio airing on CFUN in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. Her many prestigious sponsors such as Johnson and Johnson Women’s Health Division, Proctor and Gamble and many other recognizable corporations saw the value in educating women and their families through her natural leadership style. As an adult educator Candace’s classrooms were often opportunities to share ideas, stories and find solutions to the challenges facing her students. Statistically most of them were women returning back into the work force after raising children and needed encouragement, education and information. USFW was born out of this passion to educate and provide solutions to common challenges facing every day women and their families.

She is reputable as an inspiring speaker, talk show, event host and successful television producer, as well as experienced MC. She has earned the respect of her extensive list of thousands of contacts in both business, political and entertainment arenas for her generous networking, strategic alliance and business collaboration on behalf of her many clients and talent. She is currently in development of several television projects and world wide internet radio shows involving recognizable local and international celebrities. Along with strategic partners in Livingnew Productions and her own personal Dreammaker’s Productions (a Division of Unlocking Secrets for Women Resources Inc.) Candace is passionate about attracting talent that makes a difference in the lives of everyday people.

As a board member at large for the Michael Cuccione Foundation, she actively supports cancer research to help find cures and treatments benefiting both children and adults. Candace's first hand experience with this disease started with the loss of her own father when she was just 23 years old. She was honoured to be invited to sit on the 2009/2010- Advisory Committee of the Women’s Leadership Circle of The Vancouver Board of Trade. As a television producer, she was strategically responsible for concept of celebrity biographies that were reflected on the show that she both produced and guest booked. The Daily Weekend Edition was an hour long talk show on the Vision Network in Canada. She then moved on to guest and produce Season One on 'UNSCRIPTED www.unscripted.ca'. A show that developed out of her astute awareness for celebrity interest. This celebrity biography launched in prime time all across Canada on VisionTV; and was syndicated across Europe and North America. She provided publicity and promotion for the show and has established herself in Hollywood as a credible networker and connector in her own right. She assisted in the coordination of their regular production of celebrity interviews at the beautiful Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills-http://www.montagehotels.com.

Despite an early life marked by physical and emotional abuse, turmoil, estrangements and divorce; Candace has devoted her life to the empowerment, education and well being of women and their families. “I grew a natural compassion for women's issues, watching my mother and other women face challenges with self-esteem, violence and emotional pain." She is passionate to see them stand strong with dignity and respect for themselves and others.

Candace added 'teacher' and 'author' to her resume. As the author of medical educational curriculum she has taught for over 10 years in the Canadian Adult school system. She served for three years as the Program Coordinator for her specialty in several adult colleges. As a curriculum designer, her educational program is still in use today and she enjoyed training several adult educators in to take over when she left. She has completed her certification to teach Adults with a 4.10 grade average holding now a Provincial Instructor's Diploma in Adult Education. As a successful adult educator in healthcare, human relations and communications, television producer, businesswoman, singer/songwriter, author and a single parent with four children and two grandchildren, Candace knows the issues that concern women today. Knowing that expert information is not easily accessible, she creates opportunities that are unique and beneficial to women. In her usual “can do/will do” style, Candace uses her passion and no-fear networking skills to educate and provide resources, services and products- all in support of her goal to teach women to become part of the solution.

With over 30 years experience, Candace continues her passion of educating and helping women and their families from all walks of life in any and all issues that need to be addressed. She utilizes her own experience and strong reference of experts to ensure quality information is provided. Her experience and inspiration give hope and answers to women, closing the gap in education, motivation and encouragement and doing whatever is necessary to unlock the secrets.

Once in a while we all get a bit 'silly' because of who's coming in next. Bob Newhart did that to us. The man is a real legend, an icon, a class act and a genuine talent. We had a wonderful time chatting with him and hope you enjoy your half hour with this Gentle Giant of a man.
